By accessing or using RacketLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. RacketLive is operated by RacketLive Ltd.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at admin@racketlive.com.
4. Organisers and Events
Organisers who create tournaments on RacketLive are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, participant management, and compliance with applicable sports regulations. RacketLive provides software tools and does not endorse, sponsor, or organise any events listed on the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RacketLive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, but grant RacketLive a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacketLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
